A Process Improvement / Data Integration program was initiating Version 2 of their solution. The solution components were to be released
over a period of several months impacting users in numerous clinical units across three business entities. The strategy had to address multiple
releases over a period of time and outline communications, case for change, change agent network, and training components necessary to support
the change effort.
